We will review all documents received, and will work to obtain a copy of anything missing from the selling realtor/manager.
Our reports include:
+ A financial review and forecast, including highlighting any for potential special levies or financial issues.
+ An analysis and commentary on the Board Meeting and AGM minutes, highlighting current and future projects.
+ A 12-point review of the Bylaws, highlighting all areas of interest to a purchaser.
+ A break-down and details on insurance coverage, including insight into what to ask from your insurance broker.
+ A full executive summary of each section of our report

Conditions date looming fast? We’ve got you covered!
An expedited order jumps-the-queue, and should considered when there is a very short turnaround on your conditions date
Expedited reports include all of our standard reporting details, and will be delivered to meet your needs!
All Services Include:
Free report updates: found new information before, or up to a week after your conditions date? Not a problem! We will review and update our report, free of charge.
Condo Expertise: Included with our services is access to our substantial condominium expertise. Have a question unrelated to our report? We’ve got your back!
Obtaining Documents: if we’re missing a document we will do everything we can to obtain that from the seller/manager.
New Owner checklist: every report comes with a ‘new-owner checklist,’ generated specifically for your property - designed to help make the transition into your new home seamless.
