Answering your questions on the Condominium Document Review process.

  • Why a Condo Document Review is necessary:

A Condominium is a special form of corporation, and buying into one is not just purchasing a home, it's investing into that form of business.

Understanding whether the business is functioning correctly, is properly financed, and following all their legal requirements is paramount to an enjoyable experience in your new home.

Our report will help you to decide if this investment is right for you

  • How does the Condominium Document Review process work?

Once we have the condo documents from you, our review process begins. We will review what you have, and help you obtain anything else you need to do a complete review.

Once we have all that information, the process begins. We will itemize and review the documents, highlight key areas, and provide a robust report on our findings.

Our reporting will not just highlight what we find, but will forecast where we expect the Condominium to be in the future, and solutions to any issues we notice.

  • Help! I don't know where to find all the Condominium Document. What do I do?

It falls to the seller to provide you all the documents, but if there's something missing we can help.

Part of our process includes reviewing and verifying the documents you do have, highlighting what you do not, and (where available) obtaining those from the selling realtor, or manager.

We will do our best to obtain all documents necessary to complete a thorough review, and we consider that part of our service.
