SJC Document Reviews was created with a singular mission: to help purchasers make informed and confident decisions.
Our Owner (Shaun Coles) was a senior manager and associate broker in the Condominium industry for two decades, maintained the largest portfolio in western Canada, and has worked alongside some of our most distinguished firms.
Throughout his tenure, Shaun has acted as a mentor and guide to numerous Board of Directors, and managers of all experience levels, and (to this day) takes an active role in educating the Condominium industry.
This vast experience, in all styles of Strata/Condo, separates SJC Document Reviews as a highly qualified team with unique a and robust perspective.
